The Club meets at 7:30pm on the second Monday of every Month at the Lindenwold Moose Lodge.
The South Jersey Squid Hounds was founded by Danny Dandorf and Doydt Ladd in the early 1950's in a bait and tackle shop run by J. Miller in Mt. Ephraim next to Sacred Heart School.
The first President was Jack MacReid.In order for the Club to be sanctioned by the State,we had had to get our Bylaws approved and name our Club.After quite a long debate, we came up with - South Jersey Squid Hounds which we got from Mr. Ladd, which was a Native American name for Striped Bass.
So, that's the way our name came to be.From an Old Timer.
